Here is some information about the difficulty levels of each activity so that you may have a general idea. Keep in mind that the duration may vary depending on the group, weather conditions and the place where the activity is carried out.

Nivel de dificultad = Iniciación

Beginner

This level includes activities that:

  • Are suitable for all age groups starting from the age that is required to participate in the activity.
  • It will not be necessary to make an outstanding physical effort.
  • The slopes are gentle and the activity will not take more than half a day.
  • It does not require previous technical knowledge.

Intermediate

This level includes activities that:

  • Are suitable for people who have already carried out similar activities.
  • It will be necessary to make a continuous physical effort but not of a high level.
  • The slopes are medium and the activity may take more than half a day.
  • It requires basic technical knowledge.

Advanced

This level includes activities that:

  • Are suitable for people with experience.
  • It will be necessary to make a continuous outstanding physical effort.
  • The slopes may be steepy and the activity usually takes a full day to complete.
  • It requires good technical knowledge.
