You can use a camera or compact video for activities (except horse-riding), provided that their use does not compromise your safety or that of the other participants.

For aquatic activities, the camera must be submersible.

In the activities where, due to their characteristics, it is possible, the guides will bring a camera to take photos and videos of the participants.

We upload photos of the activities on Google Photos. If you provide us an email address, we will send you a link to download them.

The price of activities varies depending on the number of participants. You can see these prices on each activity page by clicking on the PRICES tab.

We also have special discounts for groups of 15 people. Ask us.

Do I need authorization if I am under sixteen?2017-05-29T15:35:41+00:00

Yes. Children under 16 years of age must have permission from parents or guardians. You can download the authorisation form here or be accompanied by a person who takes responsibility for you.

We can send this authorisation form by e-mail, to our postal address or give it to us before starting the activity.

  • Online with your Paypal account or credit card.
  • In cash or by credit card at our office.
  • By phone giving us your credit card data.

  • The easiest and fastest way of booking is from our website by clicking on the BOOK IT tab.
  • By phone or e-mail.
  • You can also book in our office on the day of the activity, if there are vacancies available.

We can answer your queries by e-mail or by phone on 953 720 112 – 615 551 536.

Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail with all the details.

Do you provide transportation where the activity is carried out?2017-05-29T15:15:13+00:00

As a general rule, we do not provide transport from our facilities to the place where the activity is carried out. Only in exceptional cases, and after previously coming to an agreement, the company will provide transportation. This may mean an increase in the price of the activity.

We also have agreements with car rental companies with four wheel drive cars offering you the possibility of moving through forest tracks in these vehicles driven by us at very reasonable prices.

Yes, for aquatic activities.

Each activity takes place at certain times of the year depending on the weather at the time, the breeding season, etc.

To find out if you can carry out an activity, simply choose from the right hand side of the page which interests you and there you’ll find more information about the time of year the activity is carried out.

Yes. A minimum age is required for each activity.

This is shown in each activity within the table that is displayed on the right side of the page.

What physical condition do I need?2017-05-29T15:04:33+00:00

The difficulty level is specified on each activity tab.

All our activities are divided into three levels. The required physical condition will be as follows:

  • Level nivel-bajo Requires a normal physical condition.
  • Level nivel-medio Requires a good physical conditio.
  • Level nivel-alto Requires a very good physical condition.

 

HERE you can find a table of levels and see the minimum physical condition required for each of the activities.

It will depend on the activity you want to do and the time of year. The tab of each activity specifies, in a generic way, what each participant should bring.

We recommend that you always include warm clothing in your luggage as it can become cold even in the early hours of the day.

What should I do if I don´t receive the confirmation email?2017-05-29T14:53:00+00:00

Make sure you have entered the correct email address.

If it is correct, check that the email has not reached your spam folder.

It is possible that your order was not saved or that there was a problem during the payment. To make sure, contact customer service.
