WHAT PHYSICAL CONDITION DO I NEED?

The difficulty level is specified on each activity card.

All our activities are divided into three levels. The required physical condition will be as follows:

  • Nivel nivel-bajo Level requires a normal physical condition.
  • Nivel nivel-medio Level requires a good physical condition.
  • Nivel nivel-altoLevel requires a very good physical condition.

You can find a table of levels and see the minimum physical condition required for each of the activities in difficulty levels.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT FOR ACTIVITIES?

Yes. A minimum age is required for each activity.

This is shown in each activity in the section “activity details”.

DO I NEED AUTHORIZATION IF I AM UNDER EIGHTEEN?

Yes Children under 16 years of age must have permission from parents or guardians. You can download the authorisation form here or be accompanied by a person who takes responsibility for you.

You can send this authorisation form by email, to your postal address or give it to us before starting the activity.

IN WHAT SEASON IS EACH ACTIVITY CARRIED OUT?

Each activity takes place at certain times of the year depending on the weather at the time, the breeding season, etc.

To find out if you can carry out an activity, simply choose from the right hand side of the page which interests you and there you’ll find more information about the time of year the activity is carried out.

DO I HAVE TO KNOW HOW TO SWIM?

For the aquatic activities it is recommendable and, for the activity of canyoning, it is essential.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION TO THE PLACE WHERE THE ACTIVITY IS CARRIED OUT?

As a general rule, we do not provide transport from our facilities to the place where the activity is carried out. Only in exceptional cases, and after previously coming to an agreement, the company will provide transportation. This may mean an increase in the price of the activity.

We also have agreements with car rental companies with four Wheel drive cars offering you the possibility of moving through forest tracks in these vehicles driven by us at very reasonable prices.

HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?
  • The easiest and fastest way of booking is from our website by clicking on the booking tab.
  • By phone or e-mail.
  • You can also book in our office on the day of the activity, if there are vacancies available.

We can answer your queries by e-mail or by phone on +34 953 720 112 – +34 615 551 536.

Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail with all the activity details.

HOW DO I PAY THE RESERVATION?
  • Online with your debit or credit card.
  • In cash or by credit card at our office.
  • By phone giving us your credit card data.
  • By bank transfer to our account number.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DON´T RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Please make sure you have indicated the correct email address.

If it is correct, check that the email has not reached your spam folder.

It is possible that your order has not been saved or that there has been a problem during the payment. To make sure, get in touch with customer service.

CAN I CANCEL A BOOKING?

Yes. Here you can see our contract and cancellation policy.

ARE THERE DISCOUNTS FOR GROUPS?

The price of activities varies depending on the number of participants. These prices can be seen in the “Prices per person” table of each activity.

DO THE GUIDES TAKE PHOTOS AND MAKE VIDEOS OF THE PARTICIPANTS DURING THE ACTIVITY?

Yes. In the activities in which, by their characteristics, it is possible, the guides will take a camera to take photos and videos of the participants.

WHERE CAN I SEE MY PHOTOS?

The photos of the activities are uploaded to Google Drive. If you provide us with an email address, we will send you a link so you can download them. You will have a week to do it. Afterwards, we delete them.

CAN I USE MY CAMERA?

You can use a camera or compact video for activities (except horse-riding), taking into account that their use does not compromise your safety or that of the other participants.

For aquatic activities, the camera should be submersible.
