Description
From the old fish farm, where the river interpretation center is currently located, we will on the restricted to traffic track by the Borosa Rive.
Water is the protagonist in this journey. A succession of waterfalls, rapids and pools of crystalline water will accompany us on this tour. Is the delight of many fishermen come from everywhere.
After passing the picturesque Charco de la Cuna pool, we will continue upriver to the confluence with the Trouts. stream. A few km later, in the Vado de los Rosales, we will have the possibility of crossing the Elias canyon on foot, an essential place in your visit to these mountain ranges (optional although recommended).
Once we have strolled through Elías canyon, we will continue our off road route to the hydroelectric power station of the Borosa River. It is located in the Salto de los Órganos waterfall area where we will be surrounded by limestone cliffs, waterfalls and crystalline water pools and a lush forest.
For trekkers, after consulting the company and whenever there is availability, it is possible to reach the Borosa river source.
In total, the route is 100 km long, of which 20 are by restricted forest tracks.
